Co-Founder and Principal
From an early age Todd spent much of his free time volunteering and working to enhance communities of all shapes, sizes and complexities. Todd has 14 years of experience in non-profit consulting and executive search services. Prior to co-founding Nonprofit Talent with Michelle, Todd managed ParenteBeard’s non-profit consulting services team in Pittsburgh whose main focuses were executive search, succession planning and interim executive leadership. Prior to holding this position, Todd worked with Kate Dewey at Dewey & Kaye and served clients as a project manager, facilitator, and organizational development consultant.
Before joining Dewey & Kaye, Todd was awarded a prestigious Fellowship in Public Affairs with the Coro Center for Civic Leadership. Prior to this Todd worked as a Tour Manager in the music industry, as well as in the education departments of the Carnegie Science Center and the Seneca Zoo Society.
Todd currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Attack Theatre and the Jefferson Awards for Public Service. He is the prior Board Chair of Venture Outdoors and spends as much time outside as possible. He received his Masters of Science degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree from Bethany College in West Virginia.
